Artwork is often broken into periods, these kinds of periods will be in relation to time in which it was created. While looking for what inspired the characteristics of your artistic period, it is often important to look at various other periods as well as the relationship0 between your two. With this essay I will be comparing the Baroque Period and the Passionate Period.

1 ) Baroque Period

Originating in Italia in the 17th and eighteenth century, Extraordinaire art quickly spread to Europe, North America and South usa. Baroque fine art showed mingled emotion with high quantities and large structures. One of the greatest influences was religion, which usually also contributed to the success of this sort of artwork. (Cannon, 2002) Maintained the Catholic Church within a time the moment Protestantism was growing, and gave a dramatic sparkle to the Catholic faith the moment represented in art. Lots of the Baroque topics were associated with Biblical personas and testimonies. Rich color pallets in conjunction with the hyperbole of light and shadows allowed the music artists to show motion in their performs. This movements was often focused upward toward the Heaven. The baroque methods, a biblical subject, deep rich colours and light and shadows produce a very remarkable effect. During this period the new technology of astronomy was beginning evolve. Astronomy became a sizable topic of conversation among the artists and lots of of their functions show how this affected them. 2 . Romanticism

Romanticism, often thought of as a reaction to Neoclassicism and the Age of Enlightenment, was released in the nineteenth century. Unlike Neoclassicism and also the Age of Enlightenment, which centered on harmony and reason, Romanticism opposed the rational believed and enjoyed on the feelings.
